Base fee:
  • The charge this year for exhibitor tables will be $200 for one and $150 for each additional one. Additional tables may be added on now or at any time before the October 19th registration deadline.

    The base cost of $200 includes a physical table/exhibitor space (if needed), ad-vertising on both the CoTESOL website and in the convention program, and either remote (via Zoom) or in person exhibitor presentation time(s) in the convention program.
  • This event registration type can be used to pay for sponsorship of a specific speaker, individual event, or other aspect of the fall convention which has been negotiated with a CoTESOL representative.

Saturday (November 6th):

10-10:45 am Breakout Sessions 1

11-11:45 am Breakout Sessions 2

12-1:30pm Lunch/Business Meeting

1:30-2:15 pm Breakout Sessions 3

2:30-3:15 pm Breakout Sessions 4


Exhibitor Presentations: Please submit exhibitor presentation titles and abstracts directly to the CoTESOL Publisher Liason (publiaison@cotesol.org) before October 19.
